摘要
目的:评价动态心电图和平板运动试验诊断无症状心肌缺血价值。方法:抽取于2017年2月~2017年12月,医院门诊收治的怀疑为无症状心肌缺血冠心病患者187例,均进行动态心电图、平板运动试验,评价诊断效果。结果:明确诊断为无症状心肌缺血112例、非心肌缺血75例。动态心电图诊断灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值、符合率分别为98.2%、94.7%、96.5%、97.2%、96.8%,均高于平板运动试验90.2%、80.0%、87.1%、84.5%、86.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:动态心电图诊断无症状心肌缺血的效果更为理想。
Objective:To evaluate diagnostic value of dynamic electrocardiogram and treadmill exercise test in the diagnosis of silent myocardial ischemia. Methods:187 suspected asymptomatic myocardial ischemia in patients with coronary heart disease treated in a hospital from February 2017 to December 2017.All patients were given dynamic electrocardiogram and treadmill exercise test to evaluate the diagnostic effect. Results:There were 112 cases of silent myocardial ischemia and 75 cases of non myocardial ischemia definitely diagnosed. The diagnostic sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value,negative predictive value and coincidence rate of of dynamic electrocardiogram were 98.2%,94.7%,96.5%,97.2%,96.8% respectively,which were higher than those of treadmill exercise test(90.2%,80.0%,87.1%,84.5% and 86.1%,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The effect of dynamic electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of silent myocardial ischemia is more ideal.
