摘要
目的:比较双黄连口服液和雷尼替丁治疗口腔溃疡临床总有效性。方法:在某院2017年6月~2018年10月期间收治的口腔溃疡患者中,使用计算机随机择取84例患者作为研究对象,根据用药治疗方式不同将其划分为优质组与普通组,优质组患者使用雷尼替丁治疗,普通组患者使用双黄连口服液治疗,比较两组患者临床治疗总有效性。结果:优质组患者临床治疗有效率高于普通组患者,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);优质组患者创面愈合时间短于普通组患者,接受治疗后疼痛程度下降值高于普通组患者(P<0.05)。结论:雷尼替丁应用于治疗口腔溃疡临床总有效率明显高于双黄连口服液,患者创面愈合时间缩短,建议在临床中进行应用推广。
Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy of Shuanghuanglian oral liquid and Renitidine in the treatment of oral ulcer. Methods:Among the patients with oral ulcer admitted to a hospital from June 2017 to October 2018,84 patients were randomly selected by computer as the research subjects,and they were divided into high-quality group and ordinary group according to the different treatment methods. The patients in the high-quality group used Renitidine treatment. The two groups of patients were treated with Shuanghuanglian oral liquid. The total clinical effectiveness of the two groups was compared. Results:The effective rate of clinical treatment in the high quality group was higher than the ordinary group. The wound healing time in the high quality group was shorter than that in the ordinary group,and the decrease of pain degree after treatment was higher than that in the ordinary group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The total clinical efficiency of Renitidine in the treatment of oral ulcer is significantly higher than that of Shuanghuanglian oral liquid,and the wound healing time of patients is shortened. It is recommended to promote it in clinical application.
