摘要
本研究选择了20种常用的防晒产品,利用紫外-可见分光光度仪测定样品的吸收光谱,根据吸收曲线和吸光度值比较不同防晒指数、剂型和品牌样品的防晒效果。同时,文章分析了试验样品中的防晒成分及使用频率。其中,使用频率最高的化学防晒剂是甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯和丁基甲氧基二苯甲酰基甲烷,使用频率最高的物理防晒剂是二氧化钛、氧化锌。在选择防晒霜时,除了根据需要选用合适的防晒指数和剂型性能,特殊人群还需关注是否含有高风险成分。
In this study, 20 commonly used sunscreen products are selected. The absorption spectrum of the samples is determined by UV-visible spectrophotometer. The sunscreen effects of different sunscreen indexes, dosage forms and brand samples are compared according to the absorption curve and absorbance values. At the same time, the sunscreen composition and frequency of use in the test samples are analyzed. Among the most frequently used chemical sunscreens are ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate and butyl methoxydibenzoylmethane. The most frequently used physical sunscreen are titanium dioxide and zinc oxide. When choosing a sunscreen product, in addition to choosing the right sunscreen index and dosage form, special populations need to pay attention to whether containing high-risk ingredients.
