摘要
明尼苏达工作适应论强调人和职业是一个相互适应的过程,揭示出个体具有自身能力和自身需求,而工作也有其职业需求及职业回馈,两者间是动态的匹配关系,其研究的重点在双方的适应性以及相互的满意程度。针对目前我国经济形势和高职院校毕业生现状,明尼苏达工作适应论在现阶段职业生涯教育中具有重要的实用价值。
Minnesota Work Adaptation Theory emphasizes that people and profession are mutually adaptive processes,revealing that individuals have their own abilities and needs,and that work also has its own professional needs and career feedback,which is a dynamic matching relationship.The research focuses on the adaptability and satisfaction of both sides.In view of the current economic situation in China and the current situation of graduates from higher vocational colleges,Minnesota Work Adaptation Theory has important practical value in career education at this stage.
