摘要
本文围绕双师制教学模式,简要介绍了国内外的发展情况,重点论述了该模式在金融科技专业的应用以及高校和企业教师共同参与专业设置、课程开发和实训体系构建的情况,并就其中产生的部分问题进行了探讨.
This paper introduces the teaching mode of dual tutor system, and briefly introduces the development of domestic and foreign, and then focuses on the application of the dual tutor teaching mode in the financial technology major, as well as the participation of college and enterprise teachers. The situation of professional setting, curriculum development and training system construction, and some of the problems arising from it were discussed.
