摘要
为了获取某型汽车拉手壳体的最优工艺参数组合,首先,以翘曲变形量为重要质量评价指标,通过正交试验获知保压压力和保压时间对优化指标的影响显著,在优化结果中,翘曲变形量下降了23%,而在浇口处存在过保压的现象;然后,设计并实施了第二次正交试验以优化保压曲线,翘曲变形量再次下降了12%,且制品各处的缩痕指数全部降为0%。最终获取的注塑工艺参数设置方案为提高制品性能提供了正确的理论指导。
Aiming at obtaining the optimal combination of process parameters about a certain type of car handle shells,the warping deformation was first taken as an important quality evaluation index.Through the orthogonal test,it was found that the holding pressure and holding time had a significant impact on the optimization index.The warping deformation was decreased by 23%,but the phenomenon of overholding pressure was occurred at the gate in the first optimization results.Then,the second orthogonal test was designed and implemented to optimize the holding curves.In the second optimization results,the warping deformation decreases 12%again,and the sink index of the product decreases to 0%.The correct theoretical guidance for setting injection molding process parameters are provided to improve the performance of products.
