摘要 随着我国数控机床技术迅速发展,充分掌握液压与气压系统故障现象及诊断技术,对数控机床发展来说至关重要。通过介绍数控机床液压和PCB数控机床的气压系统,分析液压与气压系统常见故障现象和故障诊断依据等,为推动数控机床发展奠定一定理论基础。 With the rapid development of CNC machine tools in China, it is very important for the development of CNC machine tools to fully grasp the failure phenomena and diagnostic techniques of hydraulic and pneumatic systems. By introducing the pneumatic system of CNC machine tools and PCB numerical control machine tools, the common fault phenomena and fault diagnosis basis of hydraulic and pneumatic systems are analyzed, which lays a theoretical foundation for promoting the development of CNC machine tools.
