摘要
复杂技能是构成综合职业能力的基础,学生在复杂技能学习时虽知识、技能和态度等要素表现较好,但应用这些要素组合解决实际问题时却表现较差,综合学习设计能以协调和综合的方式为解决这一问题提供有效途径。该文在分析当前复杂技能学习中存在的主要问题,剖析基于4C/ID模型的综合学习设计的内涵和系统构成的基础上,提出复杂技能综合学习设计的研究框架;以上海×中职学校为应用试点,以"青花瓷鉴赏"为目标技能,设计了青花瓷鉴赏的创生性技能和再生性技能的学习活动,并通过对问卷调查法和访谈法获取的活动应用效果数据分析,发现在学业表现和认知负荷方面实验组高于控制组,但在自信心方面实验组低于控制组;最后对产生的原因进行探讨以及给出下一阶段工作的思考。
Complex skills are the foundation of vocational comprehensive ability. Although students perform well in knowledge, skills and attitude when learning complex skills, they perform poorly in solving practical problems by combining these elements. Comprehensive learning design can be an effective way to solve this problem in a coordinated and comprehensive way. This paper analyzes the main problems existing in the current complex skill learning and the connotation and system composition of the comprehensive learning design based on the 4C/ID model, then the research framework of the comprehensive learning design is proposed. With the support of a secondary vocational school in Shanghai, the implementation process of the comprehensive learning design for complex skill of "blue and white porcelain appreciation" was designed, and an experimental was carried out with the object skill of "blue and white porcelain appreciation". Through the analysis of the application effect data obtained by questionnaire survey and interview, it is found that the experimental group performs better than the control group in terms of academic performance and cognitive load. But in terms of self-confidence, the experimental group performs better worse. Finally, the possible reasons and future research work are discussed.
