摘要
为了研究液力缓速器在下长坡时的持续制动能力,介绍液力缓速器的结构和工作原理,阐述液力缓速器在整车上的安装与匹配;构建一种液力缓速器试验平台,进行缓速器制动特性试验和缓速器持续制动热平衡试验。结果表明:整车匹配液力缓速器时,需适当加大整车散热能力,才能保证液力缓速器稳定的持续制动性能,对液力缓速器的开发和应用具有指导意义。
In order to study the continuous braking ability of the hydraulic retarder in the long slope,the structure and working principle of the hydraulic retarder were introduced,the installation and matching of the hydraulic retarder on the whole vehicle were explained.A hydraulic retarder test platform was constructed,and the retarder braking characteristic test and the retarder continuous braking heat balance test were carried out.The results show that when the vehicle is matched with the hydraulic retarder,it is necessary to increase the heat dissipation capacity of the vehicle to ensure the stable continuous braking performance of the hydraulic retarder,which is of guiding significance for the development and application of the hydraulic retarder.
