原发性胃黑色素瘤误诊为结肠恶性肿瘤1例并文献复习

摘要 1病例摘要患者,男性,66岁。因“发现左侧腹股沟区包块1月余”入院。患者1月余前发现左侧腹股沟区包块,无红肿、压痛,无发热,无腹胀、腹痛、恶心、呕吐等不适。既往有慢性支气管炎和肺气肿病史。体格检查示:左腋下、右锁骨下、双侧腹股沟和右下腹均可触及多个肿大的包块。其中,左侧腹股沟区包块约2.0cm×0.6cm,周围皮肤无红肿,质地中等,边界不清楚,活动度差,无触痛。
