摘要 大跨度刚构连续梁施工中,边跨现浇段施工是重点之一.受特殊地形条件及施工条件影响,往往施工难度大,施工安全、质量风险高,边跨现浇支架设计及施工技术控制是重中之重.本文结合南龙铁路闽江特大桥(118+216+ 138 +83)m刚构连续梁施工实例,研究采用装配式钢支墩、贝雷梁和碗扣支架组合进行刚构连续梁陡坡高空超长大体积边跨现浇段施工技术,重点阐述陡坡高空超长边跨现浇段支架优化设计及施工控制关键点.结果表明,边跨现浇段支架设计合理、安全可靠、施工方便、效果良好,对类似工程施工有借鉴意义. During constructing the large span rigid structure continuous beam, the construction of pouring the side span section is one of the key technologies. Influenced by special terrain bars and construction conditions, the construction is often difficult to ensure safety, and the quality risk is high. Therefore, the design and construction technology of pouring bracket at edge span is very important to be controlled. In this paper, the technologies for a rigid continuous beam with (118 +216 + 138 + 83) m of Minjiang River Bridge was studied in Nanlong Railway. Combined assembly-type steel support with Bailey beam and bowl buckle bracket, the super large volume concrete for continuous beam was poured on steep slope in the edge section. The results focused on the optimization design of the spot pouring segment of the super-long edge span at high altitude and the key points of construction control. The bracket design was reasonable, safe and reliable, it was convenient for construction with good effect, which had reference significance for similar project construction.
