摘要
通过研究合成气压缩机组油系统流程、速关组件内部油路流程,分析速关组件异常停机的原因,确认速关组件的机械实际联锁停机值高于仪表设定的联锁跳车值,是合成气压缩机组调速油压未到仪表联锁值而跳车的根本原因。通过调整速关组件的机械联锁跳车值,并提高调速油系统蓄压能力,使问题得到解决。
By studying the oil system flow of synthetic gas compressor unit,the internal oil circuit flow of quick shut -off component and its working principle,the causes of abnormal shutdown of quick shut -off component were analyzed. It′s determined that the real interlock trip value higher than the setting value of interlock trip was the main reason causing interlock trip when oil pressure didn′t reach to the setting interlock trip value. This problem was solved by resetting the interlock trip value of quick shut-off component and enhancing the pressure accumulation capacity of oil system.
