摘要
依托CAE技术平台对某品牌汽车仪表盘透明窗产品进行开发,首先应用Moldflow软件进行快速填充分析,对3处注塑的浇口位置进行比选确定,在偏离模具中心60mm处设置注射系统进胶口,并设计一种斜主流道结构,使模具中心更加接近注塑压力中心,有效控制了模具规格,节约了设备资源,再应用软件的填充、冷却、翘曲等组合分析功能对成型方案进行数值模拟,对成型过程各要素进行评估、优化,获得完整的工艺参数。最后按此方案进行模具开发,通过实践验证,成型方案切实可行,产品质量符合要求,仿真数据与产品检验结果吻合,相关分析方法与过程为透明类注塑件的开发提供了一种思路与模式,具有一定的借鉴意义与现实价值。
A brand car dashboard transparent window product was developed based on CAE technology platform, firstly, by using Moldflow software, rapid filling analysis was done, three injection gate locations were chosen and determined, in the deviating 60 mm from center of the mold, injection system into the gate was setted, and a kind of oblique main runner structure was designed, which made the mould center more close to the injection pressure, effective controlled the mold specifications, saved equipment resources, and functions of software, such as the filling, cooling and warp portfolio were used to do numerical simulation for scheme of molding, did evaluation and optimization for forming process to get complete process parameters. Finally, mold development was carried out according to this scheme. Through practical verification, the molding scheme was feasible and the product quality met the requirements. The simulation data were consistent with the product inspection results. Relative analyzing method and process provided thinking and model for transparent injection molding parts, it had certain reference significance and market value.
