摘要
随着科学技术的迅猛发展,3D打印技术目前受到科学界和医学界广泛的关注。3D打印技术能够根据预先设计建立的物样模型,通过数字识别与分析技术,将设计的物样打印出来,像医学中的人造骨骼、牙齿、器官等都可以通过3D打印技术打印出来,这将给生物医学领域带来极大的便利。然而,3D打印技术在医学中最大的应用瓶颈就是打印材料,就当前的发展情况而言,可用于医学3D打印的材料种类主要有金属、陶瓷、高分子聚合物、生物墨水等,其特点是分布范围较广,但是种类极少,相对稀缺。本文将围绕“计算机技术在医用材料领域中的应用”这一话题,详细分析了3D打印技术在医用金属材料、医用无机非金属材料、医用高分子材料、复合生物材料等方面的具体应用情况。
With the rapid development of science and technology,3D printing technology has been widely concerned by the scientific and medical communities.3D printing technology can be based on pre-designed sample models,through digital recognition and analysis technology,the design of the sample printed,such as artificial bones,teeth,organs,etc.in medicine can be printed through 3D printing technology,which will bring great convenience to the biomedical field.However,the biggest bottleneck in the application of 3D printing technology in medicine is printing materials,as far as the current development is concerned,the materials that can be used for medical 3D printing are mainly metals,ceramics,polymerpolymers,bio-inks,etc.Its characteristics are that the distribution range is wide,but the types are very few and relatively scarce.This paper will focus on the topic of “the application of computer technology in the field of medical materials”,and analyze in detail the specific application of 3D printing technology in medical metal materials,medical inorganic non-metallic materials,medical polymer materials,composite biomaterials and so on.
