摘要
为探索采用新一代信息技术加快航空发动机数字化转型升级,分析了数字孪生技术的概念和内涵,论述了数字孪生技术在航空发动机设计、制造和服务等业务领域的应用场景,对智能生产线应用数字孪生技术的实现途径进行了分析和验证。实践表明:数字孪生技术与MBD建模、数字线索、虚拟仿真、数据融合等技术相关联,能够进一步优化车间布局和生产节拍,改善工艺设计,实现生产制造过程的准实时监控和动态调整,有利于提高产品生产质量和生产效率。
In order to explore the adoption of new generation information technology and speed up the digital transformation and upgrading of aeroengine,the concept and connotation of the digital twin technology were analyzed,and the application scenarios of the digital twin technology in the fields of design,manufacture and service of aeroengine were discussed.The realization way of applying digital twin technology in smart production line was analyzed and verified.The practice shows that the digital twin technology is related to MBD modeling,digital thread,virtual simulation,data fusion and so on.It can further optimize the workshop layout and production beat,improve the process design,realize the quasi-real-time monitoring and dynamic adjustment of the production process,and is beneficial to improve the production quality and production efficiency.
