摘要 终身学习作为人工智能时代一个生存性的概念,既回应了“人何以为人”的时代问题,也获得了终身学习自身的时代新意。“终身学习能力”、“个性化学习”和“软知识软技能”三个核心词不仅成为终身学习时代意蕴的代表性词汇,同时也巧妙地回答了人工智能时代人如何通过学习来“为人”的三大问题:学习什么内容、以什么样的方式学习、需要什么样的学习能力。人工智能新技术与学习的融合带来了终身学习的学习目的、学习内容与学习方式的变革。根据终身学习的变革趋势,人工智能时代的终身学习依然以学习者为主体并且持续终身,学会生活、学会共处和学会做人将是人工智能时代终身学习的重要方向与必然路径。 Life-long learning,as a surviving concept in the time of artificial intelligence,not only responds to the question of“How to Be a Man”,but also gains the new meaning of itself.The three core phrases,the ability of life-long learning,personalized learning and soft knowledge as well as soft skills,have not only become the representatives of the interpretation of life-long learning,but also subtly answered the question of how people in the era of artificial intelligence could learn by themselves which included three major aspects.What to learn,how to learn,and what kind of learning ability is needed.The combination of new artificial intelligence technology and learning brings about the changes to the learning objectives,learning content and learning style of life-long learning.According to the trend of the revolution of life-long learning,lifelong learning in the era of artificial intelligence still takes learners as the dominanter,and would maintain the relationship for life.Learning to live and get along well with others as well as learning to be a human being would be the important directions and paths in the artificial intelligence time.
