摘要
目的研究西药房药学服务质量提升过程中运用“品管圈”活动所能够起到的应用价值作用。方法选取我院2017年2月—2018年2月接受服务的60例患者作为对照组,选择2018年3月—2019年3月接受服务的60例患者作为观察组,对患者在实施品管圈管理之前与管理之后进行药品服务,观察药学服务质量,统计差错出现率。结果在实施品管圈管理方式之前,一共有8例患者出现了西药房管理上的差错,其中品项错误有4例。药品的用法与用量出现错误的一共有2例,其他错误类型有2例,出现的差错率是13.33%(8/60),运用品管圈管理方式之后,一共出现了2例错误,分别是品相错误与药品的用法用量错误各为1例,差错率是3.33%(2/60),数据差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论把“品管圈”活动运用于西药房药学服务质量的提升过程中能够有效减少药学服务差错的产生,为患者提供良好的药学服务。
Objective To study the application value of the"quality control circle"activities in the process of improving the quality of pharmaceutical services in western pharmacies.Methods Sixty patients who received services from February 2017 to February 2018 in our hospital were selected as the control group.60 patients who underwent service from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected as observation groups.Before and after the management of the drug service,observe the quality of pharmaceutical services,statistical error rate.Results Before the implementation of the quality control circle management method,a total of 8 patients had errors in the management of western pharmacies,and 4 of them were wrong.There were 2 cases of errors in the usage and dosage of medicines,2 cases of other types of errors,and the error rate was 13.33%(8/60).After the management method of transportation supplies,there were 2 errors.The error of the phase error and the usage and dosage of the drug were 1 case,the error rate was 3.33%(2/60),P<0.05,and the data difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The application of"quality control circle"activities in the process of improving the quality of pharmaceutical service in western pharmacies can effectively reduce the occurrence of pharmaceutical service errors,provide patients with good pharmaceutical services.
