摘要
供应链融资一直都是热门的研究话题,它的延伸发展为中小企业融资提供了良好的渠道,尤其是对于轻资产,缺少抵押担保的科技型中小企业。供应链融资能够缓解科技型中小企业融资约束,降低融资风险。本文对学者们关于供应链融资进行了文献综述,并提出未来应结合供应链融资具体实践探索其效应和风控改进措施。
Supply chain financing has always been a hot research topic,and its extension has provided a good channel for SME financing,especially for light assets,lack of mortgage-backed technology-based SMEs.Supply chain financing can alleviate the financing constraints of SMEs and reduce financing risks.This paper reviews the literature on supply chain financing,and proposes that the future should be combined with the specific practice of supply chain financing to explore its effects and risk control improvement measures.
