摘要
随着我国航天技术的快速发展,新一代大功率电推进、空间焊接等技术需要提供高可靠性的高压大功率电源。本文根据空间高压电源的设计需求,对实现高升压比的倍压整流电路进行调研、仿真、验证、分析的基础上,阐述了全波倍压整流电路稳态和瞬态下的电容充电过程;提出了两种基于全波倍压整流电路设计的空间高压电源高效功率变换方案,并对两种不同的高压电源模块进行了不同负载条件下的效率对比;总结了宇航高压电源的难点问题;展望了宇航高压电源的发展趋势。
With the rapid development of China's space technology,a new generation of high- power electric propulsion technology,space welding technologies need to provide high- reliability,highpowerand high-voltage power supply. According to the design requirements of space high voltage power supply,based on the investigation,analysis,simulation and verification of the voltage doubler rectifier circuit with high boost ratio,the steady state and transient capacitance charging process of the full wave voltage doubler rectifier circuit is described;in this paper,two high- efficiency power conversion schemes for space high voltage power supply based on full wave voltage doubler rectifier circuit design are proposed,and the efficiency comparison of two different high-voltage power modules under different load conditions is carried out;summarized the difficult problems of aerospace high- voltage power supply;forecast the development trend of aerospace high-voltage power supply.
