从全寿命周期探讨提升透水水泥混凝土路面质量的方法 被引量:2

摘要 为提升城市排水系统,改善城市热岛效应,透水水泥混凝土技术被广泛应用于非机动车道、人行步道等区域。但近期调研发现,透水混凝土在应用中出现面层开裂、擦痕严重、集料脱落、表面不均、伸缩缝老化等现象。为减少此类问题的发生,提升工程质量,通过搜集整理相关透水混凝土设计、施工等相关资料,结合现场调研,对其破坏现象进行了统计和分析,总结导致透水混凝土破坏的内外因素,并从原材料选用、构造设计、配合比设计、设备要求、施工工艺及验收要求等方面给出了提升抗压强度及整体工程质量的合理性、可操作性建议。该研究不仅降低了透水混凝土质量通病,亦为今后从全寿命周期把控透水混凝土质量提供了可操作性实践依据。 In order to improve the urban drainage system and reduce urban heat island effect,pervious cement concrete technology has been widely used in areas such as pedestrian ways and non-motorized vehicle lane. However,recent surveys have revealed that pervious concrete would develop surface layer cracking, serious scratches,falling of aggregates,uneven surface,aging of expansion joints and other defects in application. This paper collects and reorganizes related data on design and construction of pervious concrete,and summarizes and analyzes the phenomenon of destruction based on field survey. The external and internal factors that contribute to destruction of pervious concrete are then analyzed and identified in an effort to reduce such problems and improve engineering quality. Reasonable and feasible suggestions on improvement of the compressive strength and overall engineering quality are proposed with respect to selection of raw materials,mechanical design,mix proportion design,equipment requirement,construction process and acceptance requirements. The research does not only aim to reduce common problems with quality of pervious concrete,but also provide feasible practical basis for quality control of pervious concrete throughout the entire life cycle.
