摘要
应用Landmark Wellplan软件,定量研究长宁区块页岩气井Φ215. 9 mm井眼水力参数的强化问题。通过研究完成了以下工作:在双约束条件下,初步确定了排量范围;按照额定排量与钻进排量一致的原则,结合现场装备配置情况,优选了Φ120 mm缸套;充分考虑钻头防冲蚀的问题,以钻头最大比水功率为目标,确定了其最佳排量及最佳喷嘴过流面积。根据现场提速应用效果,给出了工区页岩气井Φ215. 9 mm井眼水力参数强化推荐方案。
With the help of Landmark Wellplan software, the hydraulic parameter optimization quantitative research in 215.9 mm wellbore section is carried out in shale gas well in Changning block. Through the research, the following work has been accomplished: under the condition of double constraints, the range of displacement is preliminarily determined;based on the actual equipment,Φ120 mm liner might be selected by the principle that rated flow rate with specific liner should be equal with drilling one;considering bit corrosion prevention, in order to lead to the optimal bit hydraulic power, the optimum displacement and the optimum nozzle flow area are determined. According to the application effect of speed increase in the field, the recommended scheme for strengthening hydraulic parameters of Φ215.9 mm borehole in shale gas well in this area is given.
