摘要
[目的]探讨鼻窦内镜术+中药鼻腔灌洗治疗鼻窦炎的临床效果.[方法]选择本院2016年1月至2017年1月收治鼻窦炎患者82例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组(鼻窦内窥镜手术+中药灌洗)与对照组(鼻窦内窥镜手术+抗生素‐生理盐水灌洗)各41例,比较两组临床疗效.[结果]观察组治疗后8 、12周的鼻气道阻力均低于对照组,嗅觉功能评分也少于对照组( P <0 .05);黏膜上皮化时间短于对照组,总有效率高于对照组,复发率低于对照组(均 P <0 .05);鼻腔容积(NCV)、鼻腔最小横截面面积(NMCA)均大于对照组,生活质量(SNOT‐20)评分总分低于对照组(均 P <0 .05).[结论]鼻窦炎鼻内镜手术后实施清热利湿祛瘀中药鼻腔灌洗,可有效降低鼻窦炎患者鼻气道阻力,增强嗅觉,总体疗效更理想.
[Objective]To explore the clinical effect of sinus endoscopy plus traditional Chinese medicine (clearing heat ,dampness and phlegm ) nasal lavage on sinusitis patients .[M ethods]A total of 82 patients with sinusitis admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were randomly divided into the observation group ( n =41 ,endoscopic sinus surgery combined with Chinese medicine nasal lavage ) and the control group ( n =41 ,endoscopic sinus surgery combined with antibiotics saline nasal lavage ).T he clinical effects of the two groups were compared .[Results]T he nasal airway resistance at 8 and 12 weeks after treatment in the observation group was lower than that in the control group ,and the olfactory function score of the observation was also less than that of the control group ( P <0 .05).T he time of mucosal epithelialization after treatment in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group ,so the total effective rate 97 .56% of the ob‐servation group was higher than that of the control group 85 .37%,and the recurrence rate 4 .88% of the observation group was lower than that of the control group 21 .95%(χ2 =3 .904 、5 .144 ,P <0 .05 ).T he volume of nasal cavity (NCV ) and the minimum cross section area of the nasal cavity (NMCA ) after treatment in the observation group were more than those of the control group .T he total score of quality of life (SNO T‐20) score was lower than that of the control group ( P <0 .05).[Conclusion]T he nasal lavage of traditional Chinese medicine after endoscopic sinus surgery can effectively reduce the nasal airway resistance and improve the patient's sense of smell for patients with sinusitis .T he overall effect is good .
