摘要
在新工科的大时代背景下,应用型工科高校的改革迫在眉睫,只有勇于实践创新,敢于探索人才培养新模式和服务社会新思路,才能建设自己的特色方向。高等院校根据国家的战略部署规划,与时俱进修订工科人才培养方案,培养大批具有较强创新创业能力、实践能力强的多元化复合型人才。为了国家发展和社会需求,必须转变学生培养过程中“培养体系实习实践环节比例低”,“教师背景来源单一”“创新创业课程体系不健全”等现象。以西安科技大学高分子系为例,提出了高分子材料与工程专业创新人才培养的方法,并且通过更新教学体系,打造“双师”队伍,“导师”指导创新实践和优化实践教学体系等措施进行了改革探索实践,对“新工科”下高分子材料与工程专业创新人才培养改革具有积极的意义,为高效提升人才培养质量提供了值得借鉴的可行途径。
Under the background of the new engineering,it is possible to build their own characteristic direction for the applied engineering colleges only through the following approaches,such as having the courage to practice innovation,being dared to explore new models of talent cultivation and serve new ideas in society.Institutions of higher learning revise the training plan of engineering talents according to the national strategic deployment plan,and train a large number of multi-disciplinary talents with strong innovation and entrepreneurship ability and strong practical ability.In order to meet the needs of national development and society,it is necessary to change the students’training process,such as“low proportion of practice links in the training system”,“single source of teachers’background”,“imperfect curriculum system of innovation and entrepreneurship”.Herein a method was proposed for training innovative talents in Polymer Materials&Engineering through the renewal of the teaching system,creating a“double-teacher”team,“mentors”to guide innovation practice and optimize the practice of teaching and other measures to carry out reform and exploration and practice.The reform of professional and innovative talents has positive significance for training professional innovative talents in polymer materials and engineering under the“new engineering”under the polymer materials and engineering,and provides a feasible way to improve the quality of personnel training effectively.
