摘要
以汽车涂装生产线中大型浸槽槽体的结构设计为例,介绍了一种在液体静压作用下浸槽结构设计的新方法。并采用Inventor有限元分析技术分别建立了采用传统方法设计和新方法设计的槽体模型,对其进行分析计算与比较,得到了各部位的应力和形变情况,指出了设计的薄弱部位并进行优化,仿真结果表明采用新方法设计的大型槽体结构更为合理,其经济性能也更为优越。
This article has described a new design method for dipping tank structure under hydrostatic pressure,based on the example of large-scale dipping tank in automobile finishing production line.The tank models were estalished with traditional and new method respectively by use of Inventor finite element analysis technique.Through analysis,calculations and comparison,the stress and deformation in each part of the tank were indicated,while the weak part of the design was showed out and be optimized.The simulation results showed that the large-scale dipping tank structure designed with this new method was more reasonable and economic.
