摘要
随着大径级木材资源的逐年锐减,为了缓和市场日益突出的木材供需矛盾,丰富的小径级木材资源已经进入大众视野,在建筑、家具、室内装饰等领域得到广泛应用。在小径木集成材加工工艺的基础上,结合其材料表面性能与机械加工性的优劣,分析小径木集成材与家具设计之间的创新性关联,探究小径木集成材对家具结构设计和制造工艺的合理性及其本身产品附加值的影响,为小径木集成材用于家具设计提供新的参考要素,拓宽木质家具结构连接方式,同时为小径木材高值化利用提供借鉴。
With the sharp decline of large-diameter timber resources,in order to alleviate the increasingly prominent contradiction between supply and demand of wood in the market,rich small-diameter timber resources have entered the public s field of vision and have been widely used in construction,furniture,interior decoration and other fields.Based on the processing technology of small-diameter wood laminated timber,combined with the advantages and disadvantages of its surface properties and mechanical processing,this paper analyzes the innovative relationship between small-diameter wood laminated timber and furniture design,and explores small-diameter wood laminated timber in furniture structure.The rationality of design and manufacturing process and the added value of its own products provide a new reference element for the design of small-diameter wood laminated timber for furniture design,broaden the connection structure of wooden furniture and provide reference for the problem of high-value utilization of small-diameter wood.
