摘要
本文以纯水为工质,利用3003HVV平面喷嘴构建出了准二维的喷射闪蒸雾场,并利用高速摄影对喷射闪蒸过程中的雾羽形态进行了可视化观测,实验中帧频约28000 fps。通过在雾羽处设置测速基点,在基点附近根据局部图像配准的方法处理高速摄影图像,从而快速获得了液滴群速度场。与利用PDPA对雾羽液滴群速度测量的结果基本一致,初步验证了该技术的可行性。
A quasi-2-dimensional atomization field was made by using 3003 HVV plane nozzle and waster as working fluid.The evolution of atomization field was recorded by high-speed camera at frame rate of about 28000 fps.In order to quickly acquire its velocity field,image registration was performed on a number of reference pixel blocks that selected on the set of images.The measured velocity field was well consistent with that obtained by PDPA,suggesting that this technique was acceptable in current experiments.
