摘要
目的:探讨寻常性银屑病患者生活质量及其影响因素。方法:采用皮肤病生活质量指数量表(DLQI)对舟山市某医院245例寻常性银屑病患者与同期收治的80例无银屑病症状的浅表真菌感染者进行问卷调查,采用多元线性回归分析影响寻常性银屑病患者生活质量的相关因素。结果:寻常性银屑病患者瘙痒症状、自觉尴尬、社交和休闲3项DLQI评分最高,且其中购物和家庭劳动、社交和休闲、学习和工作、个人关系、性生活、治疗方面及DLQI评分总分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);患者病程、有家族史、瘙痒症状、疾病分期、皮损面积及严重程度对DLQI评分有影响(P<0.05);家族史、瘙痒症状是寻常性银屑病患者DLQI评分的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:寻常性银屑病患者生活质量水平较低,主要受家族遗传史、瘙痒症状的影响。
Objective:To investigate the quality of life and its influencing factors in patients with psoriasis vulgaris in a hospital in Zhoushan City.Methods:245 cases of psoriasis vulgaris and 80 cases of superficial fungal infections without psoriasis symptoms treated in the same period were selected and investigated by Dermatology Life Quality Index(DLQI).Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the related factors that affected the quality of life of psoriasis vulgaris.Results:The scores of the itch symptoms,self-embarrassment,social contact and leisure was highest in DLQI among psoriasis vulgaris group.Moreover,the scores of the shopping and family labor,social contact and leisure,study and work,personal relationship,sexual life,treatment and DLQI score were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);The DLQI score was influenced by the disease course,family history,pruritus,disease stage,and severity(P<0.05);Multiple linear regression analysis showed that family history and pruritus were independent risk factors for DLQI scores in patients with psoriasis vulgaris(P<0.001).Conclusion:The quality of life of patients with psoriasis vulgaris was low,which was mainly affected by the family history and pruritus symptoms.
