摘要
在现有家用电器反激式开关电源设计中,NTC电阻成了电源输入回路设计中一个非常重要的抑制浪涌电流的元件。对于功率超过10W的开关电源,选择一个合适的NTC电阻显得尤为重要,由于固定阻值发热及功耗问题,再使用固定阻值的电阻来抑制上电瞬间的浪涌电流并不合适,所以很多公司会选择NTC电阻来抑制上电瞬间的浪涌电流。为了能有效解决上电瞬间的浪涌电流及浪涌电压对电源后级的破坏,本文讨论了NTC电阻阻值和放置位置在输入回路中的作用。
In the current switch power supply design of household appliances,NTC resistance has become a very important component in the power supply input circuit design to suppress the surge current.It is very important to choose a suitable NTC resistor for switching power supply with power over 10 W.For switching power supplies over 10 W,it is not suitable to print the transient surge current with a resistor with a fixed resistance value due to the heating and power consumption problems.Therefore,many companies choose NTC resistor to print the transient surge current.In order to effectively solve the damage of surge current and surge voltage at the moment of power on to the back stage of power supply,this paper discusses the function of NTC resistance value and position in the input loop.
