富氧燃烧技术在垃圾焚烧炉中应用的可行性分析 被引量:6

摘要 在我国用焚烧法处理生活垃圾逐渐成为主流,通过高效的燃烧技术提高燃烧效率以及降低运行成本成为研究的重点,目前富氧燃烧技术是一种较好的选择。以炉排炉中生活垃圾的燃烧过程为研究对象,通过理论计算分析了焚烧炉中的垃圾在富氧条件下的燃烧特性以及工艺参数的变化规律,结果显示:富氧条件下,焚烧炉中一次风和二次风量明显减少,烟气量也呈现下降趋势,焚烧炉出口温度明显增加,表明富氧条件促进了垃圾燃烧的强度。同时结合相关案例及对富氧燃烧技术在焚烧炉中应用的优劣情况进行了分析,提出了在特定区域和条件下应用富氧燃烧技术进行焚烧处理生活垃圾的可行性。 Incineration has gradually become the mainstream technology of domestic waste treatment in China.Increasing combustion efficiency and reducing operation cost through efficient combustion technology have become the focus of research.At present,oxy-fuel combustion technology is a better choice.In this paper,the combustion process of domestic refuse in the grate furnace is studied,and the combustion characteristics of the waste in the incinerator under the oxy-fuel conditions and the variation of the process parameters were analyzed by theoretical calculation.The results showed that under oxy-fuel conditions,the primary and the secondary air volume in incinerator decreased significantly,the flue gas volume also showed a downward trend,and the exit temperature of incinerator increased significantly,indicating that oxy-fuel conditions promote the intensity of waste combustion.At the same time,combined with relevant cases and the advantages and disadvantages of the application of oxy-combustion technology in incinerators,the feasibility of using oxy-combustion technology to incinerate domestic waste under specific regions and conditions is proposed.
