摘要
白酒旅游是近年来兴起的一种新的旅游业态,它是白酒产业与旅游产业融合的产物,同时在白酒企业和旅游消费者的共同推动下,得到了快速地发展。与蓬勃发展的业态所不匹配的是有关白酒旅游的学术研究相对滞后。该文从文化旅游、工业旅游、区域旅游、体验营销和产业融合五个主要研究视角出发,指出目前中国白酒旅游研究现状及存在的不足,并在此基础上,提出了未来中国白酒旅游研究的趋势展望。
Baijiu (Chinese liquor) tourism is a new type of tourism industry emerged in recent years, which is the product of the integration of Baijiu industry and tourism industry. Under the joint promotion of Baijiu enterprises and tourism consumers, it has developed rapidly. What does not match the booming industry is the lag of academic research on Baijiu tourism. From the perspectives of cultural tourism, industrial tourism, regional tourism, experiential marketing and industrial integration, the existing problems in the research of Chinese Baijiu tourism were pointed out, and on this basis, the future trend of Chinese Baijiu tourism research were put forward.
