摘要
在研究太阳运行轨迹和太阳能单轴跟踪原理的基础上,设计了一个基于C8051F20单片机的倾角可调式太阳能单轴跟踪实验系统.该系统能够模拟不同倾角的太阳能单轴跟踪支架工作过程,具有跟踪角度采集、跟踪角度显示、电机驱动、工作参数设定、手动和自动跟踪控制等功能.通过该实验系统的设计,能够使学生综合运用机构运动学、单片机原理及应用和计算机程序设计等知识,培养实践动手能力.
Based on the study of solar trajectory and the principle of solar single-axis tracking, an experimental system of solar single-axis tracking with adjustable inclination based on C8051F20 SCU is designed. The system can simulate the working process of solar single-axis tracking bracket with different inclination angles. It has the functions of tracking angle acquisition, tracking angle display, motor drive, working parameters setting, manual and automatic tracking control. Through the design of the experimental system, students can make comprehensive use of the knowledge of mechanism kinematics, mechanical structure design and the principle and application of single-chip computer, and cultivate practical ability.
