摘要
目的观察穴位埋线配合西药外用治疗寻常性痤疮(中医证属脾胃湿热型)的临床疗效。方法 41例患者随机分为西药组20例和中西医组各21例。西药组予0.1%阿达帕林凝胶和1%克林霉素磷酸酯凝胶早晚外涂;中西医组在西药组治疗基础上加用穴位埋线治疗,前 2 次每周治疗 1 次,后 3 次隔周治疗 1 次。两组共治疗8周。在治疗结束时观察各组皮损GAGS评分、临床疗效,并统计治疗结束后4周皮损复发病例数。结果中西医组皮损GAGS评分明显低于西药组(P<0.05),临床疗效明显高于西药组(P<0.05),复发例数明显少于西药组(P<0.01)。结论穴位埋线疗法不仅能提高西药的临床疗效,还能减少皮损再发。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of catgut implantation at acupoint combined with western medicine on acne (spleen-stomach dampness-heat type). Methods 41 cases of patients with acne were randomly divided into western medicine group (20 cases) and combination medicine treatment group (21 cases). Western medicine group was given 0.1% differin and 1% clindamycin phosphate gel in the morning and evening;treatment group was treated with catgut implantation at acupoint on the basis of treatment of western medicine group, the first two sessions were weekly, the last three sessions were biweekly. After 8 weeks of treatment,the score of GAGS,clinical effect,and the recurrence cases were observed. Results The score of GAGS and the number of the recurrence cases in combination medicine treatment group was lower than those in medicine treatment group(P<0.05,P<0.01),and the clinical effect of combination medicine treatment group was better than those of medicine treatment group(P<0.05). Conclusion Catgut implantation at acupoint can improve the clinical efficacy of western medicine and reduce the recurrence of skin lesions.
