摘要
目的观察针推联合风湿骨痛膏治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效。方法随机选取我院收治的膝骨性关节炎患者90例,依据治疗方法不同分为常规西药治疗组(对照组)与常规西药加用针推联合风湿骨痛膏组(研究组)各45例。对两组患者的治疗效果、关节疼痛评分(VAS)和膝关节功能评分(Lyshom)进行统计分析。结果研究组患者治疗的总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后研究组患者的VAS评分和对照组相比显著降低(P<0.05),研究组的Lyshom评分比对照组显著升高(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后比治疗前的 VAS评分均明显降低(P<0.05),Lyshom评分均显著升高(P<0.05)。结论针推联合风湿骨痛膏治疗膝骨性关节炎疗效显著,能够缓解患者的疼痛,提高膝关节功能。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with Fengshi Gutong ointment on knee osteoarthritis (KOA). Methods 90 cases of patients with KOA were randomly selected and divided into two groups according to treatment methods,45 cases in each group. Control group received conventional western medicine,study group received routine western medicine plus acupuncture combined with Fengshi Gutong ointment. The treatment effect,joint pain score (VAS) and knee function scores (Lyshom) of the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results The total effective rate of study group was significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05). Compared with control group,the VAS score of study group was significantly decreased (P<0.05),and the Lyshom score was significantly enhanced (P<0.05). Compared with before treatment, the VAS scores of both groups were significantly lower (P<0.05),and the Lyshom scores were significantly enhanced (P<0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture combined with Fengshi Gutong ointment is effective in treatment of KOA,which can relieve pain and improve knee function.
