摘要
分析了PS粉选择性激光烧结的基本原理。采用DOE试验,对影响烧结件强度和尺寸精度的关键工艺参数进行研究,得到了PS粉选择性激光烧结的最优工艺及各工艺参数的影响重要度。研究结果表明:各工艺参数对烧结原型件强度的影响重要度为扫描速度>激光功率>预热温度>铺粉厚度>扫描间距,对尺寸偏差的影响重要度为激光功率>扫描速度>扫描间距>预热温度>铺粉厚度,激光功率和扫描速度的影响最大,烧结原型件的强度和尺寸精度随激光功率的增加逐渐增大,随扫描速度的增加逐渐减小。最优工艺参数为:激光功率27 W、扫描速度2 000 mm/s、铺粉厚度0. 20 mm、扫描间距0. 30 mm、预热温度102℃。最后,实现了工程机械泵轮的熔模精密铸造,验证了最优工艺参数的合理性和有效性。
In this paper,the basic mechanism of PS selective laser sintering was analyzed. The main factors which affect the strength and dimensional accuracy of the sintered prototype parts were studied by DOE test. The optimal pa- rameters and the importance of each parameter were obtained. The study results show that: the importance of each pa- rameter on strength was scanning speed > laser power > preheat temperature > layer thickness > scanning space;on size deviation was laser power > scanning speed > scanning space > preheat temperature > layer thickness;laser power and scanning speed have the greatest influence,the strength and dimensional accuracy increases gradually with laser power and decreases with scanning speed. The optimal process parameters were: laser power 27 W,scanning speed 2 000 mm /s,layer thickness 0. 20 mm,scanning space 0. 30 mm,preheating temperature 102 ℃. Finally,the pump impeller was made by the investment casting and the rationality and effectiveness of the optimal process parameters were verified.
