摘要
以寻找新型高效的生物防治制剂达到控制引起猕猴桃溃疡病的致病菌为目的,通过研究生防菌XB-16对猕猴桃抗病相关酶(SOD,POD,CAT,PPO,PAL)的影响,发现经过生防菌XB-16处理过后的猕猴桃盆栽苗,其SOD、POD、CAT、PPO、PAL酶活性显著高于未接种生防菌盆栽苗(p<0.05),且最大峰值明显高于没有接种生防菌XB-16盆栽苗。研究结果表明该生防菌XB-16能够有效提高猕猴桃植株的抗病性,而在研究生防菌对猕猴桃抗病相关酶的影响方面的研究几乎没有,从可持续发展的角度来看生物防治法将是猕猴桃溃疡病的防治趋势,具有良好的开发应用前景。
In order to find a new effective biological bacteria to control kiwifruit canker disease,the effects of XB-16 on disease-resistant enzymes(SOD,POD,CAT,PPO,PAL)in kiwifruit were studied.It was found that the enzymes activity of the kiwifruit seedlings treated by XB-16 was significantly higher than non-inoculated seedlings(p<0.05),and the maximum value was much higher than non-inoculated seedlings.The results showed that XB-16 could effectively improve the disease resistance of kiwifruit plants,but there was almost no research of bio-control bacteria on the effect of kiwifruit canker disease resistance related enzyme.From the angle of sustainable development,biological control method would be the trend of kiwifruit canker control,and had a good prospect of development and application.
