摘要
石脑油中的砷铅铜等元素的分析测定对催化重整装置生产过程的平稳运行非常重要。以往测定这些元素时需要分别萃取出来,浓缩后测量,费时又费力。通过分析、比较各个萃取处理方法的原理、操作异同,根据实验室现有硬件条件设计了新的、统一的萃取、定容方法,并根据多次的萃取试验数据完善了新的测量方法,新方法的回收率86%~109%,连同t检验数据一起确认了新方法的准确性与可行性。
The determination of arsenic, lead and copper in naphtha was very important for stable operation of the catalytic reforming production course. In the past, these elements needed to be extracted separately and measured after concentration, which was time-consuming and laborious. By analyzing and comparing principle, operation similarities and differences of each extraction treatment method, a new and unified extraction and volumetric method was designed according to the existing hardware conditions in the laboratory. The new method was improved by several extraction test data, recovery rate of the new method was 86%~109%. Accuracy and feasibility of the new method was confirmed with the t test data.
