摘要
一站式服务大厅的建设是高校加快推进教育现代化的重要抓手,也是高校推进现代化治理体系建设和提高现代化治理能力的重要组成部分。通过对一站式服务大厅实施流程治理,实现校园业务流程从流程战略、流程设计、流程执行和流程控制的全生命周期管理,促进高校内部机构改革和职能转变,推进高校内涵发展。
The construction of one-stop service center is an important starting point for colleges and universities to accelerate the modernization of education.And it is also the main component which helps colleges and universities to promote the modernization of management system and management ability.Through the implementation of process governance for the one-stop service center, the full life cycle management of the campus business process which includes process strategy, process design, process execution and process control can be realized, so as to promote the institutional reform and functional transformation of colleges and universities and promote the connotation development of colleges and universities.
