摘要
本研究针对职业院校工商企业管理专业人才培养规格与企业人才需求的不匹配、学生不愿学与教师不好教的两难以及在校学历培养和就业企业入职培训的无缝对接等问题。围绕专业技能构建实践教学体系,创建了"三结构三循环"的工商企业管理人才培养模式,实现了专业教学资源库建设与项目化教学方法的有效结合。通过实践教学条件的建设和专职教师双师型培养,实现了"三结构三循环"中的微循环,保证了"三结构三循环"中的中循环和大循环。同时实现了在"三结构三循环"的工商企业管理人才培养模式创新、"三结构"的工商企业管理人才培养规格的内容创新、专业教学资源库建设与项目化教学的方法创新、"三循环"中校内实训基地加教师培养和校外企业实训相结合的协同创新。
This study is aimed at the mismatch between the training standards of business enterprises in vocational colleges and the demand for talents of enterprises,the dilemma of students' unwillingness to learn and the difficulty of teachers' teaching,and the seamless connection between school education and induction training.The practice teaching system is built around professional skills,and the management model of industrial and business management of "three structures and three cycles" has been established, which has realized the effective combination of professional teaching resource library construction and project-based teaching methods.Through the construction of practical teaching conditions and the training of full-time teachers,the micro-circulation in the "three structures and three cycles" has been realized,and the middle and large cycles in the "three structures and three cycles" have been guaranteed.At the same time,it realized the model innovation of the management of business management talents in the "three structures and three cycles",the content innovation of the "three-structure" management talents training standards,the construction of professional teaching resources and the innovation of project-based teaching, and coordinated innovation of "the three-cycle" in the combination of on-campus training plus teacher training and off-campus corporate training.
