摘要
针对高校青年教师讲授《光电子学》专业核心课存在的问题,从教学准备、实施和反馈过程进行分析,研究青年教师在专业课授课中面临的挑战和机遇,从培养方案、授课计划、课前准备、教学方法、师生互动、教师评课和提升培训等方面,给出了建议,以期让青年教师能够高效、流畅和生动授课,并取得好的教学效果,具有现实意义。
Aiming at the problems existing in the teaching of the core course of optoelectronics by young teachers in colleges and universities,this paper analyzes the process of teaching preparation,implementation and feedback,studies the challenges and opportunities faced by young teachers in the teaching of specialized courses,and discusses the training scheme.Some suggestions on teaching plan,preparation before class,teaching method,teacher-student interaction,teacher evaluation and training are given,which are of practical significance for young teachers to teach effectively,smoothly and vividly,and to obtain good teaching effect.
