摘要 超高层建筑工程量大、施工周期长、施工工序复杂,其核心筒施工工艺是建造过程的重点,也是建筑工程施工课程的重点和难点,因此有必要在教学过程中采用可视化教学辅助方法。文章以某工程为例,通过建立基于BIM的超高层结构核心筒施工虚拟仿真,作为课堂教学及实践教学的有益补充和创新,拓展实践教学的深度和广度,提高了学生解决工程问题的能力。 The construction technology of the core tube is the focal point of the construction process,and is also the key and difficult point of the construction course of the building engineering,because of the large amount of construction,the long construction period and the complex construction procedure.Therefore,it is necessary to use visual teaching aids in the teaching process.Taking a project as an example,this paper establishes the virtual simulation of the construction of super high-rise structure core tube based on BIM,as a useful supplement and innovation of classroom teaching and practical teaching,and extends the depth and breadth of practical teaching.The ability of students to solve engineering problems has been improved.
