摘要
文章通过对矿物加工工程学科50余年人才培养的经验总结,结合目前本学科的发展趋势,提出培养学生“基础实、口径宽、素质高、能力强,培养工科学生获取知识的能力、解决工程设计和工程创新的能力”,满足社会发展和地方经济建设需求的工程人才培养教育理念。
Through summing up the experience of personnel training in mineral processing engineering for more than 50 years,combining with the development trend of this subject,the author puts forward that cultivating students "basic,wide caliber,high quality,strong ability," To cultivate the ability of engineering students to acquire knowledge,to solve engineering design and engineering innovation,and to meet the needs of social development and local economic construction.
