摘要
目的 探讨如何运用根本原因分析法有效管理病区大输液效期。方法 应用根本原因分析法对我院2016年发生的两起大输液过期用药案例进行根因分析,拟定对策,实施改进。运用SPSS软件对比实施改善前后病区大输液管理效果。结果 实施改善后病区大输液摆放、积压、清查等管理情况相比实施改进前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);改善前后病区过期大输液量由7袋减少为0袋;改善后大输液过期用药事件发生率为0。结论 根本原因分析法的应用能有效规范病区大输液管理,减少大输液过期用药事件的发生,营造安全稳定的医院文化。
Objective To explore how to apply the root cause analysis to control the expiration date and standardize the administration of infusion solutions. Methods Root cause analysis is applied to analyze 2 adverse events of using expired infusion solutions which happened in 2016. Then, targeted countermeasures are made and implemented. Finally,SPSS software is used to contrast the management of infusion solution before and after implemented countermeasures. Results All the indexes of infusion solution management including the assortment、overstocking、inventory show clear improvements ( P <0.05);The expired infusion quantity decreased to 0 from 7. Medical adverse event caused by expired infusion solutions decreased to 0. Conclusion The application of root cause analysis can effectively standardize the expiration management of infusion solutions. Also,it can decrease the adverse events of expired infusion solutions and finally create a steady safe culture in hospital.
