摘要
利用激光打标系统平台在滑动轴承轴颈表面涂层制备了微造型,探讨了微造型面积占有率与轴颈表面涂层摩擦磨损行为之间的相关关系。结果表明:随着微造型面积占有率的增大,轴颈表面涂层的摩擦系数、温升及磨损量均先减小后增大,当微造型面积占有率为15%时,其值均为最小值,微造型化轴颈表面涂层的耐磨性能最优,磨损机理均为磨粒磨损。
Micro-texturing of the slide bearing journal was fabricated by laser source platform with the help of standard rotary worktable.The relationship between micro-texturing area fraction and tribological behavior of the coatings on the surface of the axle journal was systemically investigated.The results showed that,with the increase of the micro-texturing area fraction,the friction coefficient,the temperature rise and the weight loss of the coatings on the surface of the axle journal were all first decreased and then increased,and their average value was lowest when the micro-texturing area fraction was 15%.The coatings on the surface of the axle journal with 15% micro-texturing area fraction had better tribological properties,and the worn mechanism of the coatings on the surface of the axle journal were all the abrasive wear.
