摘要
应急发电车是在突发断电或特殊情况下需要保证电力供应的一种特殊车辆及设备,且在使用时都比较紧急,没有时间准备,而且任务重大,这样的情况下要保证车辆设备必须时刻处在可以使用的状态。目前车辆设备的保障完全由人工定期巡检完成,检查项目较多,巡检维护时间长。研发一个可以代替人工的自动巡检装置,它能够检测应急发电车辆日常维护需要巡检的重要项目,也是应急发电车必须保障的项目。
An emergency generator car is a kind of special vehicle and equipment that needs to ensure power supply in case of sudden power failure or special circumstances.It is urgent in use,has no time to prepare,and has a heavy task.In this case,the vehicle must be guaranteed.The device must be in a usable state at all times.At present,the protection of vehicle equipment is completely completed by manual inspections,and there are many inspection items,and the inspection and maintenance time is long.This paper has developed an automatic patrol device that can replace the manual.It can detect important items needed for routine maintenance of emergency power generation vehicles,and it is also a project that emergency power generation vehicles must guarantee.
