手术与非手术治疗早中期非小细胞肺癌的近远期疗效对比 被引量：5

摘要 目的探讨手术治疗和非手术治疗早中期非小细胞肺癌的远近期临床效果。方法选择我院收治的早中期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者94例,根据治疗方法分为观察组50例,对照组44例,观察组患者给予胸腔镜治疗,对照组患者使用常规化疗方案,观察两组患者的近远期临床疗效。结果两组近期总缓解率、总生存率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组患者稳定率、局部控制率、无进展生存明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论胸腔镜手术治疗早中期非小细胞肺癌患者的远期疗效明显优于非手术的化疗患者,值得在临床推广使用。
