摘要
当代网络社会中,公民新闻从整体实践上正逐步形成一支可与传统专业媒体相抗衡的力量,使当下的社会舆论引导呈现出专业媒体与非专业的公民新闻两种力量混合共生的格局。从互联网所引发的社会变革来看,公民新闻不仅仅是公共新闻的“升级版本”,而是与之有着重大区别的传播革命。公民角色的属性衍化源自互联网的关系赋权及其对公民个体的激活,能否有效地掌控和激活每一个公民的关系资源,是新时期舆论引导的关键。公民新闻依据其网络节点的连接方式大体可分为三种关系构型,即普遍型、自组织型、新意见领袖型。根据其各自传播机制的不同,在舆论引导对策上,分别需要强化公民的媒介素养教育、政府与媒体的主流议题设置及集散节点的管控。
In the contemporary cyber society, citizen journalism is gradually becoming a force that can compete with the traditional professional media in the overall media practices, which leads to a situation that the guidance of public opinion today presents the mixed coexistence of professional media and non-professional citizen journalism. Judging from the social changes caused by the Internet, citizen journalism is not only an "upgraded version" of public journalism, but also a communication revolution with significant differences. The attribute of citizen’s role derives from the Internet’s relationship empowerment and its activation of individual citizen. Whether we can effectively control and activate the relationship resources contained in every citizen is the key to the guidance of public opinion in the new era. Citizen journalism can be roughly divided into three kinds of relationship configurations according to the connection mode of its network nodes, namely universal type, self-organizing type and new opinion leader type. According to their different communication mechanisms, we need to strengthen the media literacy education of citizens, the mainstream agenda setting roles of government and media, and the control of hubs in terms of strategies to guide public opinion.
