摘要
新工科背景下探索工程科技人才核心能力培养具有重要意义。本研究首先分析社会与产业对人才的需求,提出社会素质、专业素质及创新素质等组成的工程科技人才共性素质特征。其次,基于布鲁姆教育目标分类视角和工程科技人才共性素质特征提出了由人文素养、知识与技术和创新能力等三大核心能力组成的工程科技人才能力模型,深度分析上述模型中三大能力的内涵并对其进行解构。最后,以大连理工大学机械设计制造及其自动化专业为例,建设了校企深度融合的课程模块和实践平台,实现对工程科技人才核心能力的培育。
Under the background of emerging engineering education, it is significant to explore the core competence cultivation of engineering talents. First, this paper analyzes the requirements of society and industries for talents, and summarizes the common qualities shared by engineering talents, including social quality, professional quality and innovation quality. Then based on Bloom′s taxonomy of educational objectives and the common qualities of engineering talents, this paper proposes an engineering talent competence model, which consists of three core competences, namely humanistic quality, knowledge and techniques and innovative competence. Moreover, the connotations of three core competences are analyzed in depth and deconstructed. Last, this paper studies the corporation-university integrated curriculum and practice platform constructed by the the mechanical manufacture and automation major in Dalian University of Technology, which promotes the core competence cultivation of engineering talents.
