摘要
工程实践与创新能力是工程教育领域研究生培养的核心内容。经济发展的新阶段和油气勘探开发的新难题对研究生培养提出了新要求,现实的教育实践却存在着实践碎片化、师资队伍非工化、工程素养单一化和全球胜任力边缘化等问题,亟需进行培养模式改革。中国石油大学(北京)创新油气勘探开发研究生培养理念,通过强化实践、产教深度融合、建设师资队伍、推进国际化及优化课程设置等途径,探索建立了"四维-双平台"工程实践与创新能力培养体系和培养模式,致力于油气勘探开发领域高层次、复合型、应用型、创新型人才培养,为行业高水平大学研究生培养积累了经验。
Practice and innovative competence are the core of the cultivation of engineering postgraduates. The new development of economy and the difficulties in petroleum exploitation brought new requirements to the postgraduate cultivation. Since there are many problems in current education, such as the fragmentary practice, faculty who lack real practice and marginalized international competence, it is imperative to reform the cultivation mode. China University of Petroleum(Beijing) innovated philosophy to cultivate postgraduates studying petroleum exploration and production, and has constructed a mode for training engineering practice competence and innovative competence by integrating industry and education, improving the quality of faculty, promoting internationalization and optimizing the construction of courses. China University of Petroleum(Beijing) is committed to training top multidisciplinary talents in petroleum exploration and production, who are innovative and application-oriented. Its experience of cultivating postgraduates is worth learning for other universities.
