摘要
高等教育层次结构与社会经济发展相适应有助于二者间形成良性互动。基于1982-2017年高等教育与经济发展的数据,运用主成分分析法、回归分析法和改进的灰色关联度分析法,分析结果表明:我国高等教育层次结构虽然能随经济的发展而调整变化,但近年高等教育层次结构已明显滞后于经济发展水平,主要表现为层次结构重心偏低、高层次人才培养不适应创新型经济的发展要求。
The hierarchical structure of higher education should be compatible with social and economic development, which contributes to a positive interaction between higher education and economic development. Based on the data of China’s higher education and economic development from 1982 to 2017, this paper analyzes the adaptability between China’s higher education hierarchical structure and economic development by using methods of principal component analysis, regression analysis and improved gray correlation analysis. The results show that higher education has obviously lagged behind the economic development in recent years, the manifestations of which are that the center of hierarchical structure is low, and the cultivation of high-level talents does not meet the requirements of China’s innovative economy.
