摘要
某12Cr1MoVG水冷壁部件在管屏对接焊后射线拍片时发现,部分对接焊缝存在横向缺陷显示。通过对缺陷样管进行化学成分、金相组织、断口和能谱分析,确定了缺陷性质为焊接热裂纹,产生于熔池金属凝固结晶过程。结合对相关焊接工艺和实际操作的调查,找出缺陷产生原因,并提出了预防措施。
The transverse cracks were found in part of the butt welds of 12Cr1MoVG water wall panels after X ray inspection. By means of chemical composition analysis,microstructure examination,fracture and energy spectrum analysis,the nature of crack was identified as welding hot crack,which produced in the weld joint solidification. Combining with the investigation of relevant welding process and the actual operation,the causes of crack was found out and the prevention measures were put forward.
